Our flagship property is a private nine-bedroom villa fifteen minutes from central Lisbon and seven from the Atlantic; when it is taken, or a group needs more room, we run the same trip at a handpicked property nearby. One organiser, one invoice, one team on the ground. All pricing below is billed in US Dollars (USD) by Modern Navigator LLC; approximate EUR and GBP equivalents are shown alongside each price for reference.

All packages are billed per person in US Dollars (USD) by Modern Navigator LLC; EUR and GBP figures are indicative conversions and may vary with daily exchange rates. A minimum group size of 8 guests applies to every package. Prefer the house without the catering? A self-catered whole-property week starts from $850 per person — villa, housekeeping, transfers and planning, with chef and activities added à la carte. Larger group, or dates already taken? We plan the same trip at a handpicked property nearby, run by the same team — ask and we will arrange it for your dates.
Fixed weeks we are actively placing groups into. Each is the whole property, exclusive to your group, with the programme already planned. $500 holds your dates; we send a room plan and a firm quote within one working day. Custom dates are always available — these are simply the ones already built.

Dates shown are held open until booked and are released in the order enquiries arrive. Group sizes 8–28. Prices are per person in USD, billed by Modern Navigator LLC, with all taxes and service included. Peak July and August weeks are quoted individually — ask us for those dates directly.
The following add-ons can be combined with any all-inclusive package to tailor the programme to your group. Prices are per-event or per-guest as indicated, billed in USD alongside the main package.

We hold your dates for 72 hours as a courtesy while you decide, at no cost. A $500 deposit then secures them outright and counts toward your balance. The remainder splits into two or three installments, with the final payment due 30 days before arrival — so no organiser has to front five figures on a card, and groups collecting from attendees have time to do it.
Payments are billed in US Dollars (USD) and processed by Modern Navigator LLC (a Texas LLC). We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and — at our discretion — Apple Pay and Google Pay. EUR and GBP figures shown on this page are indicative; your card is charged in USD and your card issuer converts at their prevailing rate.
All taxes and service charges are included in the quoted per-person price unless explicitly stated. No hidden fees.
